Safestay London Holland Park, part of Safestay's award-winning portfolio of luxury hostels across the UK, has been awarded FOUR STARS by the country’s national tourist board VisitEngland, which runs the official accommodation quality assurance scheme.
VisitEngland assesses hotels and guest accommodations including hostels to the same criteria and award one to five stars. The star ratings reflect the overall quality of the experience based on the needs of guests who stay at the particular type of accommodation, as well as standard requirements such as cleanliness and satisfactory quality.
Acknowledgements from the VisitEngland report include..."A high standard of housekeeping observed throughout the property, for which the management and team are to be commended", "Obvious attention to detail", "Decoration is bold and colourful, following the brand standard, with some quirky and original touches also noted", "A great park setting and located for easy access to London attractions".
