Available for groups of 10 or more, menu items include East-coast sourced Dived Scallops and Morcilla, Grasmere Farm Pork Fillet in a Hoi Sin Glaze, followed by Seasonal Fruit Crumble served with Homemade Vanilla Custard and a Selection of Lincolnshire Cheeses served with Biscuits and Chutneys – perfect for memory-making special occasions.

In-Lodge Private Dining is just the latest in a host of new culinary offerings at Bainland including the introduction of an in-lodge food delivery service, a new on-site Farm Shop, and the opening of a new multi-million pound restaurant, bar and all-weather outdoor terrace – The Nest – designed for all-day dining. Sunday Roasts, live music nights and a curated cocktail menu were also added to jazz up the dining experience for guests.

A chic retreat in the heart of the English countryside

Set within 45-acres on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Bainland Lodge Retreats is a collection of family-friendly, dog-friendly, self-catering lodges ranging from cosy shepherd’s huts and lakeside cabins to oversized safari tents and spacious lodges with outdoor swimming pools – all aimed at offering a chance to unplug, unwind and reconnect – whether you are a party of two or 22.

A retreat designed with families in mind

Families staying at Bainland will be pleased with the opening of a brand-new outdoor adventure playground. Younger guests can now swing, see-saw, sway, climb and crawl, in, out and over logs, hollows, beams and towers all designed by TouchWood, one of the UK’s leading specialist natural playground companies. Not only this, but Bainland also offers tennis, archery, a climbing wall, street karts, mini Land Rovers, Segways and bikes for hire with great walking and cycling routes right on the doorstep.

And Pooch comes too

In a bid to further underscore their dog-friendly credentials, over 70% of Bainland’s lodges welcome dogs, and they have even introduced a dedicated Dog Menu at The Nest! Not only are your furry friends welcome to sit with you anywhere in the restaurant, but pooches can also now tuck into their very own menu of Treat Pots, Dog Bowls and Dog Drinks all from Sir Woofchester’s – a British-based, award-winning brand which makes dog food using only grain-free and natural ingredients.

An ongoing commitment to sustainability

Bainland is committed to minimizing their environmental footprint wherever possible, which is why all service and food delivery vehicles are electric, with multiple complimentary charging stations across the site. There is also an on-going tree planting and wilding programme under the guidance of gold medal winning Chelsea Flower Show landscape designer, Jody Lidgard. Bainland has embarked on a mission to plant over 1,500 trees, in addition to shrubs and wildflowers, after the introduction of a no-mow policy to protect the bees. Bainland is passionate about conserving the natural environment and all surrounding biodiversity, which includes working with local Lincolnshire wildlife experts on habitat management and protection, for the abundance of wildlife that call Bainland home.

All of these developments at Bainland are part of the wider vision of owner, Simon Craddock, to celebrate space, privacy, sustainability, and a love of nature in what can sometimes be an overlooked destination in the UK.
