Cugó Gran Menorca Announces Partnership With Wellness Experts' Silver Linings
Cugó Gran Menorca is working with Chrissy Sundt, Founder of Silver Linings and her team of wellbeing experts, on a series of new signature wellness retreats in 2019. Luxury PR agency Pilot PR finds out more.
The four-day, four-night Silver Linings retreats at Cugó Gran Menorca offer a complete wellness reset with a focus on mindful movement, nourishing food and soothing therapies, set in a beautiful natural setting, to help effect deep-rooted change.
The Silver Linings retreats will take place at Cugó Gran Menorca on these dates:
13 – 17 May 2019
23 – 27 September 2019
Led by former professional ballet dancer, Chrissy Sundt, the Silver Linings retreats combine various forms of mindful movement; these include Pilates, Yoga, Barre, HIIT, Cardio and stretch classes, as well as gentle meditation to help guests create deep internal changes and sow the seeds of long-term wellness and contentment.
Also included in the retreat is an individual nutrition consultation and group talks with Registered Nutritional Therapist, Clarissa Lenherr. She will work closely with Cugó Gran Menorca’s Head Chef, Roberto Sarrió to devise delicious and nourishing meals. Massage therapies with Cugó Gran Menorca’s Spa team will further complement the energy work taking place in the movement classes, to soothe, revitalise and restore natural balance.
A maximum of 20 guests on any retreat will ensure plenty of individual attention and optimal results with individually-tailored programmes devised according to each guest’s personal wellness needs. So this might be to de-stress and rebalance, to boost fitness levels, or to prepare for a special occasion.
The retreats will all take place in the luxurious surroundings of the private 250-acre country estate of Cugó Gran Menorca, a full-service 12-bedroom luxury villa, situated just outside San Climent. Each retreat will allow guests plenty of time to relax and simply enjoy the peace of Cugó Gran Menorca’s beautiful gardens, outdoor pool and 180° sea views.
